2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be valid, a counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of the district in which we are located.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name at the end of the notice will suffice as an electronic signature).
Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material in question unless we first receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, newpipe.tools has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
